  • Bachelor’s degree with ISTQB certificate​

  • At least 4 years of experience in composing complex software test plans, managing large QA integration projects, executing manual tests & reporting/delivering problems

  • Knowledge of QA processes and test methodologies

  • Strong technical skills - identifying bugs and solving complex problems

  • Able to work independently, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized

  • Able to handle multitasking

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.

  • Experience using Bug tracking systems such as JIRA, and composing clear and repeatable defects

  • Ability to communicate in English (writing and speaking) - a must!

What you will be doing

As part of our team, you will work alongside talented and passionate engineers and product managers and play a central role in the continual development of Bidshake’s customer-facing dashboard. Your tasks will include:
 

  • Establish quality standards for the Bidshake platform, features, and applications.

  • Design test plans in TestRail for new Bidshake features and improvements.

  • Run existing test plans on TestRail and plans created by other team members, and validate them.

  • Report bugs discovered from frequent sanity checks and use of the Bidshake platform.

  • Analyze current developing standards and offer improvements and solutions to increase the quality of the Bidshake platform.

  • Identify risks in new developments on the Bidshake platform

  • Write recommendation reports for frequently occurring bugs or otherwise defective software features
