Bidshake, a Voodoo.io company, is reinventing how mobile app marketers manage user acquisition campaigns, making it possible for teams of all sizes to promote their apps across multiple ad channels. With our centralized dashboard and automation tools, Bidshake is on the fast track to building a global B2B SaaS company, becoming the go-to Campaign Management Platform for the biggest app publishers worldwide.


Founded in 2020 by mobile marketing experts who wanted to help re-shape the future of UA, Bidshake was acquired in June 2021 by Voodoo, the world’s largest mobile game publisher. Since its acquisition, Bidshake has been 100% focused on the product, tripling the size of the R&D team, in order to finalize the 3.0 version of the platform, which includes a full UI reshape as well as more automation features.

Already counting very big international mobile developers (such as Gameloft, Huuuge Games, MWM or CrazyLabs), Bidshake is now ready to massively scale revenues & expand to new markets and verticals. We are therefore looking for a Director of Sales to help shape our sales organization and scale revenue to the next level.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting and implementing the sales strategy of the company. The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating deals and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities. 
This is a hands-on role in which you'll be making a huge impact on the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Architect the sales strategy to increase revenues and achieve the company's OKRs: define the new verticals/markets to target as well as lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives & strategize the next steps.

  • Prepare objectives, forecasts, OKR monitoring and reporting for the sales and management team.

  • Build and Implement the right processes for inbound and outbound leads, onboarding, activation and expansion.

  • Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product, Client Success and Marketing

  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development

  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally


What we are looking for:

  • 5 years of sales experience in a SaaS company with a track record of exceeding quota

  • Entrepreneur mindset who should be excited to evolve into a dynamic start-up with high potential

  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices

  • Strong leadership and team building skills, with previous experience in managing people.

  • Tech-savvy with an analytical understanding and data-oriented approach

  • Process-oriented, problem solver with good business skills

  • Perfect English writing and conversation skills and a people-person

  • A highly independent team player. That's right. You're a fantastic team player, but you don't need anyone to hold your hand

  • Experience in mobile marketing or game publishing is a big plus
